How to see a Prophetic move in Your City!

So many of us want to see a prophetic move of God in our city, our region, our industry, or our families. But, you cannot have that move if you have hidden judgements, or if you have outward judgements.  You will not have authority to see God move in those ways. I have learned, the cleaner I get in my heart, the cleaner I get in my motives, the cleaner I get towards people, the more God entrusts me and I end up in places that I’m not qualified for because God loves to do that.  He loves to take you into places you’re not qualified for but you get there because of His love not because of your authority, your power, your prophetic witness, your gifting, or your entitlement.

Bob Jones used to always say, “In your flesh & by your human strength, you’ll have to maintain it.” Have you ever had to maintain something you built when there’s no grace on it? That’s why so many people burn out, is because they’re doing something in their own strength, they’re striving, and they’re in performance. The moment you get out of those things and watch God build something through you, all of the sudden it’s easy to maintain. When it’s hard it’s easy, there’s grace.

If you listen to His heart, He’ll send you. You just gotta keep your heart as wide open as you can because God will send you to or through some of the darkest doors to get some of the most beautiful people.  Gifting will always follow love but you know what? Your love doesn’t always follow where you think your gifting is.
